You are required to create a unique password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rokok33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
rokok33 conducts mandatory identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) requirements. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed, and may also be required before certain deposit methods or bonus programmes become accessible.

rokok33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of verified Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, although our compliance team may apply transaction monitoring thresholds in accordance with AML obligations.
You confirm that all funds deposited to your Account are sourced legitimately from funds that belong to you and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. rokok33 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks as part of our AML obligations.

We are not responsible for any losses attributable to: system downtime, network failures, payment processing delays by third-party providers, or any actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.
rokok33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: a breach of these Terms has occurred; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has taken place; continued operation of the Account poses a compliance or reputational risk; or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Upon closure for cause, rokok33 may forfeit any Balance and Bonus Funds in the Account. Where closure is not for cause, any confirmed real-money Balance will be returned to the Account holder following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting rokok33 customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, you may withdraw your available real-money Balance subject to the standard withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws relevant to the Platform's operations.
